Customer Reviews
As someone who has never had good luck with nails I’m very impressed! I’ve went to many American salons and always end up loosing a nail or more after two days. The gentleman who has done my nails now twice is very polite and welcoming. He is quick but also good with his work. My nails have lasted me just about a month now with two fills. For the price I was very impressed! A very comfortable environment!
Don't usually do reviews, felt this experience deserved one. This was my first time at Mainely Nails. I decided to try a different place than my go to. MN did not seem very clean despite them having me wash my hands as soon as I walked in (without any direction to a sink, having to find it myself). I sat down in the chair and upon resting my hands on the table I could immediately feel nail dust and debris from previous customers. During my manicure my manicurist had headphones in and was speaking with someone on her phone- the entire time. Allowing those things to slide, as my manicure went on I felt less and less like I mattered as a customer. My nails were being rushed and half-done. The end result being uneven, misshapen, lumpy and inevitably not what I was hoping nor asked for. And for
These are the worst nails I have ever gotten in my life. Me and my friend both went and after she asked him for almond nails he kept ignoring her and did square. I got my almond nails but boy are they horrible. I don’t even know how to fix them. Payed 60 bucks for this crap. They look like candy corn.
Made an appt for a pedicure. Almost canceled after I read the reviews. Glad I went! Had the hot stone pedicure and it was amazing! Great massage and moisturizing. Would absolutely return. My nails look so good and my cuticles feel fabulous. No more dry heel :) * Just note it is cash only*
My first experience here was about 2 years ago and it was not good. Today I decided to give them a second chance as I had read a review that they were under new ownership. I went in simply to have my shellac removed. This is something I have done in 4 different states over probably the past 10 years. I have never had a nail tech not use acetone in some fashion to remove the shellac. This man used the electric mail grinder thing to remove the entire gel polish and then he buffed the nail with the manual buffer. I can’t imagine the damage that I will discover in the coming days. Right now my nails are sore, peeling and there is still polish left. For $15… no thank you.
