We LOVE Shelbie Butler! She has done blonde highlights for both my girls several times now and they are extremely pleased with her work. She is very up to date with the newest techniques for color and cuts. If you have any hair issues, she can suggest hair products that she likes to use. I highly recommend her as your hair stylist!
