Please be cautious when booking with Wendy. I requested simple highlights and provided clear reference photos, but the service required three separate attempts, and the final result was still unacceptable. The first attempt resulted in blonde highlights throughout my entire head, which was not what I asked for. The second attempt, meant to correct this, left my hair completely black. On the third attempt, highlights were placed mostly around my forehead, with very few throughout the rest of my hair. After spending over six hours at the salon, the final color was uneven, with green, brassy, and white tones. It is a small, hometown salon that makes you feel welcome and special. They are all great stylists and provide the very best customer service, every time. I love this place Nicole does a wonderful job on my hair and all the ladies are super nice. The rates are very reasonable I had been paying a lot more and not getting near the service. I am always able to get an appointment on fairly short notice even if it mean they come in early. I had been looking for my Steel Magnolias salon for years I think I finally found it.
