Main Place Nails Spa

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Main Place Nail Spa. I came in politely asking for pink powder nails with French tips, and one of the nail technicians was completely uninterested in helping me. She acted like I was bothering her and made no effort to provide any kind of assistance. When I asked another employee if she could help instead, she ignored me and avoided eye contact—it felt like I was being pushed aside for no reason. The worst part was that a man at the front eventually told me to leave, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I was calm the entire time, just asking for service, and instead I was treated like a problem. The customer service was awful from start to finish. The worse place ever. I went today to get my mani/pedi. My nail polish was not done correctly, My pedicure I asked for gel and I just noticed s ruin. They charged so much money for everything. I should’ve gone to my regular place. I do plan to go tomorrow to get them fix, Get my money worth, but not going there anymore. They also made me bleed both my feet and my hands.

I came here since my normal nail shop was booked for the day. I had the tech take off my old set and put on a new one. I even brought my own color to make things easy. Once she saw I wasn't getting gel or one of their colors she acted different. We were silent most of the time. The shape is crooked on some nails and fine on others. I didn't have time to have her fix them because my shift was about to start (since I work near by). She demanded I paid before she painted my nails. She painted my nails with my color and before the color could dry enough she put a thick quick dry top coat over it which created a pocket of wet polish underneath. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The polish was bumpy and my nails were not fully polished with blank spots. Another lady had to remove the polish and redo my nails. I would not recommend this place.
