without a doubt the best massage of my life. i’ve been to so many massage places in bergen and passaic county, trying to find the right one. but after my first visit at Main K Spa today, i know i will be coming regularly! jenny took care of me and when i tell you she hit ALLLLL the pain spots with perfect pressure, i mean it. she is very communicative too and asks you how the pressure is (i like my pressure hard, and she definitely delivered!) they even have heating pads on the massage tables, which i’ve always been looking for because i have iron deficiency and run cold. i’ve had many massages where i’m just shivering cold the whole time and it’s not an enjoyable experience, and this was not one of those experiences. i did a 90 min full body massage for $80 (cash, it’s $88 with card) and

Visiting MK Spa Massage was the highlight of my week! I treated myself to a foot and back massage, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The therapists are truly skilled, paying close attention to the areas that needed the most work. The serene environment and gentle music added to the overall relaxing experience. It’s evident that customer comfort and satisfaction are top priorities here. I left feeling rejuvenated and am already planning my next visit. Got a couples massage $50 each for an hour… day was a nice cool day with the front door open but you can hear the cars pass by & the room temperature could have been cooler. Masseuse is good but if you want to feel like you’re in an Asian country where people start by talking & laughing not in a whisper voice, walk away twice because a customer came in & left and when you asked for 30 min body-30 min foot and did not do reflexology then this is your place. Otherwise, I did relax at times but there’s others to try on the same block.

I booked a late appointment on Aug-11-2024 over the phone. When the lady started to massage me it was like rubbing instead of a massage, then I realized she was using one hand only the other hand was busy on the phone. I have to say this is one of those jobs that you need your two hands and concentrated of what are you doing?. However I was thinking that I will overlook that the massage was poor of quality. But the last thing that broke my loyalty to this place was that they didn’t want to honor my customer loyalty cards I have accumulated for awhile. They told me that they have change owners and my loyalty cards were not good anymore. I made a chair massage appointment for two people (30 min). However, when we arrived at 9 pm, no chairs were set up, and they weren't ready for us at all. A woman eventually started setting up chairs, which took like 5 minutes. Furthermore, she was the only available person. While she began massaging me, my friend decided to cancel after waiting for another five minutes with no one showing up for him. I shortened my massage to 20 minutes because I didn’t want him to wait for me. Even though the woman took more than five minutes to prepare, she finished my massage at 9:20pm. Notably, there was no timer set for my massage, and it was definitely less than 15 minutes. This place is highly disorganized, and the facilities are unclean. I would recommend staying away from it.
