I started going to Nong last year for lashes at recommendation from a friend. Then one day I just randomly booked a facial with her and I haven't gone to anyone else for facials since! She’s such a perfectionist, and her facials are honestly the best I’ve ever I had. And my favorite thing about getting facials here is she just lets me be and does not make small talks!!! I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate that! I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of.

I have had really bad cystic acne the past year and it has had a profound negative effect on face. Since taking steps to help heal my gut microbiome, I have also paired it with facials. I have been having an amazing experience coming to get my facial services with Birdie the last several months. I’ve notice an huge improvement on my skin since coming here. The process in recovery of my skin is slow but I am seeing positive results from my sessions. I am very satisfied and will continue to come here.

I love coming to Nong because she makes me feel so relaxed while getting pampered. I've had facials before, but find myself going back due to ambience and quality. Her prices are also very generous for the time she spends. Highly recommend and I never leave with my face feeling greasy like others.

Nong was very professional and friendly. Her set up is cute and super relaxing, I fell asleep after a couple minutes of her starting. I did the dermaplane— along with her advance signature & she was very knowledgeable & informed me about everything before starting. I appreciate that she asked if I wanted a matte finish or a dewy finish. I prefer to have a matte finish and not dewy, it’s to much for me and she’s the first person to give me an option. Overall I enjoyed my facial, it was just what I needed after the holidays.
