Great experience! Great service! Didn’t feel rushed at all Hana does an amazing job and so pleasant! Update 9/13/25 They used to have a very good & kind tech at Maiden Nails that I went to regularly for 6 months and now that she’s gone, the service & experience has changed completely. I made an appointment over a week in advance and I still waited 1.5 hours to be seen. Once I signed in and was there on time, I get a random tech who cut at least 3 of my fingers and the quality of the work severely downgraded in comparison to the consistency I have been used to there. No disrespect to the techs as I know they work hard and are trying their best and they apologized for the wait but the organization/leadership of this place is non existent ,then they have to end up rushing so much they cut th

I went for the first time to Maiden nails at their new location on an impromptu visit. It was quick and eveyone was nice but the quality of manicure is not good. I wanted acrylic but was talked into dip powder and it is bumpy and very flat looking. It was pricy at $65 for it to look worse than when i do it myself. I probably wouldnt go back and I definitely wont get dip powder again.

I have been coming here forever! MiNi is the best. However, I wanted to share that I feel like they are being rushed to pack in more appointments. I have consistently had to wait well past my appointment time to actually get my nails done. What’s the point in setting 15 minute intervals with unrealistic expectations of these techs to complete… which in return is a huge inconvenience for the customer! If my appointment is made for 3 pm, I should be seen then! Not 3:30 start time. Give these ladies the time they deserve to give us good quality!

I had a Basic pedicure it made nails today by Crystal. It was one of the best I've ever had. She took her time to trim and I appreciated her extra effort with the leg massage. I highly recommend her and this beautiful facility

Fabulous nail salon that truly cares about how your nails turn out. 5 star service! Will definitely be back. The owner is fantastic and down to earth. Very luxurious experience topped with a glass of rosé!
