A true hidden gem! One of my friends told me about this place when I moved to the area and I’m so glad she did! When I come here my manicures actually last a full 3 weeks. Jens manicures truly can’t be beat. The staff is friendly, facility is clean, and the prices can’t be beat. I will forever be a loyal customer to Mai Lien, they make it so you don’t want to go elsewhere!!

The nail techs were friendly and my nails look nice. That being said, I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and have had dip most of that time. She did not let my nails soak long enough and just kept drilling my old dip off. She turned the power up and it ate up my nails. I have a strong healthy nail bed, but I’ve never had anyone do that before. With the dip, she’d add the liquid coat to 3-4 nails then dip. She also just kinda shook it off my finger instead of flicking the back. It didn’t seem to impact how my nails look, but it was weird. I’m giving three stars because she just kept drilling my cuticles and it hurt and I have a couple that now keep bleeding days later. The service and atmosphere is great. They do a wonderful herbal pedicure and a full body massage during the drying of your nails. They also cater to children with child sized pedicure stations.

I have been going to Mai Lien Nails, going on 6-years. They have always been consistently pleasant, shop is always clean, my appointment times are always kept, not waiting is huge as I find myself waiting for delayed appointments everywhere these days! Last but not least, as someone who works hard, my hands and feet are no easy task. They do the best job and I always leave impressed and happy.

I went today for the first time after a recommendation. The service was quick, clean, and a great experience overall. The prices were super affordable! The staff were attentive and kind and kept a clean, and organized salon. They had a great selection of polishes and colors! I would highly recommend, and I am looking forward to going again.
