My bridal party and I got our hair and makeup done here the day of my wedding, and the experience was wonderful. We all got so many compliments. Thank you guys for everything!

I’ve been going to Dom for 3 years. I’ve never had a problem until now. I asked for cool/icy blonde. I showed her pictures of my hair when I was previously blonde and showed her exactly how I wanted it. I specifically asked for NO warm tones and NO ash tones in my hair. I’ve gone for two sessions and paid $407 all together. The first session she toned my hair with titanium which left a green tone in my hair. The second time, I left with warm tones in my hair. I left unhappy both times and had the total opposite of what I asked for on my hair. I paid A LOT of money for not ending up with what I asked for. I reached out to her for it to be fixed. It took her 4 days to respond from beginning to end and said she would fix my hair complimentary and then dismissed the conversation. Did not offer

It saddens me to write this honest review. I’ve been a client at Magnolia’s since they opened. I had a botched haircut about 18 years ago and went to Carolyn (then owner) and she helped me achieve the look I wanted. She was kind and knowledgeable about my situation and what needed to be done. I’ve gone to Magnolia’s faithfully since then. I transitioned to Stephanie (current owner) about 15 years ago. My hair is long, thick, and curly. I’ve always worn it the same aside from changing the color and highlights. She had ALWAYS cut, colored & styled my hair perfectly. On 10/22/24, I went in for my regular maintenance - root touch up and trim. $153 plus tip. I have NEVER gotten a worse cut. Ever. I’m 51. To give you a visual, it looked (and still does look) like 2 separate haircuts on 1 head. O

If you go here, ask for Caley! Such a sweetie and listens to what you are looking to accomplish. I could not have had a better experience here. After a few more visits, Caley is going to help me achieve a healthy platinum blonde balayage! So excited to see what kind of magic she works on my hair in the appointments to come. Great salon!
