I called on a Tuesday and was responded to same day for an appointment the next day which I so appreciated. For the reviews that mention that they were unresponsive, I had the opposite experience & think those bits might have been dated/old challenges that have been resolved. The nail techs were calm, courteous, and thorough. I appreciated that they weren’t jumping person to person, or juggling so much that I was left waiting. Focused and relaxed care. I am delighted with my nails and look forward to returning!

Exceptional technician and service from Kevin. I wish I could’ve brought him with me to New Mexico. Have yet to find anyone that has even come close to his level of care, precision, and artistry. The salon is clean and well thought out. I love that they stand behind healthy nails. Nail care and aesthetics is a passion here and it shows.

I’ve been to Magnolia’s nail clinic twice. The pros are that it has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. There are even signs asking patrons not to talk on their phones in the salon. It’s never crowded. The staff is polite and friendly. Their nail services are very affordable. The services are child-friendly. They also avoid the use of UV lights, and use electric fans for drying nails. They definitely offer a healthy alternative to traditional manicures and pedicures. The cons, however, are that the manicures are mediocre. They take longer to dry and they look the same way that they would if you were to just paint your nails at home. Be mindful that they do not use fake nails, gel nails, acrylic, epoxy, dip powder or dazzle dry. They only work on your naturally-grown nails, and manicures don’

My mom and I have been coming here for five years and there is no one else we will let touch our nails. We found Magnolia when looking for somewhere that didn't use jets after my mom suffered recurring nail infections at other salons. Their commitment to cleanliness has never wavered, and just as importantly, they are very skilled at handling ingrown toenails and other issues like split nails. They literally keep my mom out of the podiatrist's office. Pedicures are never rushed and they don't move to polishing until they're sure they're addressed anything that could cause pain between visits.
