During my trial, Shawna listened closely to what I envisioned and made sure every detail felt “me.” By the time the wedding day came, I had zero worries because I knew I was in the best hands. On the morning of the wedding, Shawna brought such a calming, positive energy—it truly set the tone for the whole day. She worked on me and my bridesmaids with such efficiency and care, and every single style turned out stunning. Molly was amazing with my hair. She was so patient with me and asked a lot of questions and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Usually I will have to snip a stray strand or two after a haircut but not this time! THANK you Molly for your advice and for the perfect cut!

Waited for 40 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation. People kept asking who I was waiting for and telling me she'd be right over. I tried to let the girl at the desk know I had to go to get to work on time and she wouldn't even pause her conversation to acknowledge me. I won't be returning.
