It was the first time I went with them and also the first time I straightened my hair and as a person who likes details, they didn't give me much information about it (I did my research before to). I cut my hair and bangs, I had 2 photos as a reference (one for the haircut and one for the bangs). I always like to consult with the stylist who is supposed to know about it then few weeks after I realize that the cut they did to me wasn’t symmetrical, of course I call them, but this is the funny part, they tried to blame me for the bad haircut they made, they are called "professional", they should know what they are doing. Don’t try to blame your customers for your own mistakes.

I want to thank the barbershop for the excellent service and for making my experience very good. The team was professional and very friendly, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of at all times. I am very satisfied with the result and appreciate the relaxed atmosphere they created for me. Without a doubt, I will come back soon and recommend this place to my friends. I’ve been going to her even before she opened Magnolias Salon, and no one does balayage like she does. The color, the blend—absolutely perfect every time. I’ve tried other places and nothing compares. I’m so grateful she opened her own salon—best service, best hair!!
