My recent experience was horrible. I paid $105 for both manicure and pedicure. I requested an almond shape for my nails & I showed the nail tech a picture of my request. He stated he could do the work. My nails are not shaped correctly at all. Each nail is shaped differently. I ask the guy nicely could he do them over. He instantly became frustrated and started drilling my skin to remove the mistakes he made. My toenails don’t have a shape to them at all. It looks like a toddler might’ve painted my toenails. Back to my nails…the acrylic is not blended with my nail bed. I have acrylic overlapping my cuticles. The paint is bubbling up & the coating of the color is not blending. I originally asked for OPI bubble bath with chrome. I ended up walking out w/o what I originally asked for. He rush

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wanted my nails done for my birthday and showed an inspiration picture. I noticed the guy that did my nails decided to free style and that was NOT what I wanted. I spoke up and was told it was close to closing time and nothing could be done. Now I’m not a nail tech but WHAT IS THIS !?

Oh don’t go here if you’re not a City celebrity. You will be skipped in line for the “it girls”. Wendy has her picks and chooses on who she wants to service. I waited almost 30 minutes, and then she tells me that she is going to take this other lady first with no good reasoning. She does great brows, I travel from Tupelo because no one does my brows like her but her customer service is garbage!! Good riddance.

I'm so upset that I wish I could give this place a negative star if it were possible. My sister's and I frequently use this nail salon. My mom did also before being diagnosed with cancer. Fast forward to this year, my mom is cancer free. She hadn't had her nails eyebrows done in over a year so you can imagine the excitement when she was cleared to experience a little pampering, Well that moment was ruined with rudeness by the owner Wendy Tran. My mom got gel polish on her nails which peeled off the next day. When letting her know she got very snappy with her. My mom also got eyelashes for the first time and she blinked a little and Wendy got very loud and unprofessional with my mom. Her supposedly self care day was totally ruined and I will never step foot in this establishment again if
