Magnolia Salon & Spa

I have been going to stylist Tayla Cardi for a few months now, starting this summer. I originally called a few salons wanting a haircut and color ASAP and called Magnolia, and to my surprise I was matched with Tayla, and each time I have gotten a service from her I feel truly grateful. She has saved my hair a number of times (from me cutting my own hair and bangs) and was not met with any form of judgement. On top of that, whenever I show her inspiration photos she nails it. I have gotten a mullet touch up and she cut my bangs really short, as I requested each time. In addition to that, she does a fabulous job with color. Received a partial foil and haircut by Jacqueline. I showed a detailed picture of what I requested for platinum blonde highlights and she did the opposite! My highlights turned out yellow with an orange tone. The toner she used made my hair darker, nothing that I wanted. I called the salon multiple times and received the run around by receptionist. I sent pictures of my hair and was told the owner would call me. I still have not received a call, weeks later. I spent too much money to have my hair look awful and be disrespected with no resolution to my dissatisfaction. Will never return to this establishment!

After entering my 30s I wanted to commit to maintaining my hair regularly, but was never able to find a stylist that gave me what I described. What drew me to Valentina was both her cuts and coloring! I gave it a chance and so happy I did. She listened to what I wanted, my ideas, and I was able to reference her pictures. Lyndsey was amazing! Throughout the service, she was asking if I need breaks and was very knowledgeable when I asked questions. She gave great product recommendations that have been doing wonders for my hair. I absolutely love the highlighting job she did. It was exactly what I wanted!

Sadie is the best! I’ve been getting head spa treatments since last November and you can see such a difference in my hair! It is so relaxing and she also does the best facials!
