I went here to get an acrylic fill in w/gel and polish change on toenails w/gel. The guy did my nails and they were too thick and wide even after I ask him to file them down twice. Then charges me the price of a basic pedicure for just a polish change on my toes. He didn’t even file/buff or clean around the cuticles of my toenails just polish them. I let him know I was not pleased. I tried filing my nails some more when I got home and they still are too thick and wide. I disputed and I want be going back here.

They let u sit to long before they turn your water on to soak feet, I like my feet to soak for a little while before they start scrubbing them....But very nice ppl and very clean salon

3rd time back and love my new nails. Had a fortunate stroke of serendipity today. Didn’t realize we chose a ‘mood’ dip powder. So now I have light or dark gray nails with silver tips. I get two shades for the price of one. Love my nails!

To whom it may concern, I’m a loyal customer that is emailing because I want to express how much I enjoy getting services at your establishment but I do have a concern. I bothers me when I’m getting my services the works are having conversations in there language and it makes me uncomfortable and even if they don’t talk to me it would make me feel more comfortable maybe having a conversation with them. I do loving coming and will continue to come just maybe if they can be more aware of the conversation in front of customers that would be appreciated Thanks again A concerned customer

Really disappointed with customer care here. I go every 2 weeks like clockwork. My nail techs (Jenni and Yolanda) were out. No one volunteers to do my nails or tries to accommodate the absence of my nail tech. While the establishment is clean, I don't want to go to a place that doesn't want to service a long-time customer whose $ they can count on every 2 weeks. It's been 4 weeks, no call from the salon to accommodate, and when I went in, the other techs just acted like they didn't want to do my nails. I'm disappointed with how they treat clients whose normal nail tech is out. While I would be skeptical, I would try another tech, but I won't beg them to do it or beg them to even ask how they can assist me.
