Polish and cutting nails were terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Polish wasn't dry. Very rough. I never feel relaxed physically or mentally. Your arms and feet are "slammed" around, while the customer should be comfortable, and I was not......AT ALL! Besides that, after many times, the tec,. NEVER knows what to do, and in the past, put Acrylic on my nails. She can't seem to understand one thing I say yet? I think she understands every word I say. The salon is not clean. I've never seen any "Disinfectants?" WHY? VIBE!????? Always in a hurry, and that determines how the manicure looks, etc. Always in a rush!!!!!!!!!!! To service the next customer.

What an awful job… the nails are going up, which i pointed out and he blamed it on my nail 🙄(I’ve been getting acrylics for 15 years. I know it’s not my nail) I asked for medium length and coffin shape. The paint job is awful, shape is terrible, I talked to the manager and she just said oh well let’s soak them off if you don’t like them (after waiting two and a half hours) paid $50 for this set. Never coming back. They definitely don’t care about customer satisfaction

I was a walk-in. Check-in was fast and easy. Hana was friendly, professional and did a great job on my deluxe pedi and mani! I will be back. I can't seem to post additional comments and reviews for the other services I have received on 9 additional visits. Overall, the technicians are professional, efficient, gentle, and skilled.

Travis did a fantastic job on my finances Halloween themed nails! Will be back again and you just try the Pedicures!

This is for future socially awkward customers, please speak up if you see issues. Major reason why I don't get my nails done is cause I'm socially awkward. I do admit I should've been paying attention to the details so I could've corrected them but I just assumed with them doing it for so long, it wouldn't be something I'd have to watch out for. To add, it was a simple nail. It's their specialty so I dont think to question them in the process... photos taken on day 2. Individual at #14 didn't trim my natural nails so they're almost as long as the nails I asked for. Im already starting to get stuff stuck between my natural nail and the acrylic nails(not sure if thats the correct term). Diamond's are two different sizes. Paid full $55 plus tip. Not complaining just a fair warning. Thank you!
