They cut my pinky finger, my French is crooked, I paid with card and they won’t refund. Please don’t go here. They left under my nails full of dust and didn’t paint the tips all the way. Spend your money somewhere else ladies.

Male nail tech cut me a few times , didn’t clean my cuticles, didn’t use the picture that I showed him, I had to have another lady nail tech TRY to fix them but it DIDNT make no real difference. I asked for pink French tips but got B.S instead . Everytime I complain they gave me excuses, I wouldn’t come back here again PAID $40 for a fill in

I visited for a holiday pedicure and understand you’re busy, but courtesy never goes out of style. When I was told to approach a pedicure seat, I saw my usual tech to confirm where to sit and that she would be handling me, she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Customer service shouldn’t slip just because it’s hectic; a simple greeting and clear direction would have made all the difference. The owner then asked if I’d like to sit with her, and when I agreed, I was met with more eye‑rolling and curt directions to “just sit down.” I chose to leave and won’t pay under these circumstances—I hope the team addresses this awkward approach for future guests.

Horrible quality. By far the worst set I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve never had Nails turned out like this before. I asked for an acrylic no chip set and that same day it started pealing and air bubbles appearing.

Horrible quality my friend got no chip and her toe nails came off the same day they said they couldn’t give her her money back I wouldn’t recommend going to the lady with the reddish hair she does a horrible job and will rush through everything.
