If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! Eric was TRASHHHHH!!!! I don’t get why they charge so much and the ppl are trash! He literally half serviced me… then cut my toenails very short 😮💨 and they look like they’ve been chewed up but that’s what get for rushing and just picking a place. I changed my pedicure to the $35 bc I’d have to pay regardless but wasn’t paying no high price that started off HORRIBLE, THEN $15 for gel!!!! I can’t wait to get out of this place and never return! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN ESPECIALLY FROM ERIC. I’m sure they all suck but this right here is UNBELIEVABLE and it’s smells like CIGARETTES IN HERE 🤮 DO BETTER
The guy that did my nails didn’t do so good and when i asked them to fix them they was really rude and they all started speaking a different language and looking at me after he filed my nails he didn’t even fix the polish…. but the guy that did my feet was AMAZING
Came in for the first time to get a dip polish change. I thought my review would end up just saying they did an okay job even though it was meticulous. It took an hour and 45 mins and my nails look awful. The person who did them put in cuticle oil before they were done curing and half the nails are colored on the cuticle and some don’t have color on the side of the nail. I sat at the drying table for over 10 minutes. For them to take up so much time I thought they’d be amazing. I don’t even want to go back in to have them fixed cause I don’t want to be there for another hour. I’ll go back to my usual salon that’s farther away and pay to have them redone.
Daughter and I went in yesterday for the first time. Staff was very friendly, salon was clean, inviting and decor was beautiful and they did great on our nails. My nail tech was very gentle with my hands and one of my nails which was very sore. (Not his doing). Price for our sets was a great price. We enjoyed it very much and plan on coming back. 😀
After 3 hours I'm pretty upset. For $100.00 I got a pedicure w gel and a full set gel my cuticles are cut all up and bleeding. The top coat wich is hard is hanging over the edge You can see the old polish I had on. The acrylic is very uneven Paid for a design asked for colorful little line.🤣 This place is a joke and over expensive for the service you receive
