Magic Nails

First time at this location… the lady was very rude, and uninviting.. she sat with her arms folded energy totally uninterested.. I asked for a color that was there she lied as if they didn’t have it… Not to mention I was steadily smiling and trying to lighten her energy she told me I could leave.

Listen out of all the negative reviews on here I took a chance. I went in for a fill-in with 2 nail repairs,gel and cat eye effect. All for $65, a freaking steal !!!!. I'm an otr truck driver & my last set went through it so the breath she put back into my nails. Amen! The lady definitely worked her magic! I absolutely love the outcome! Nails aren't heavy or bulky just rite. & my color combo is just what was needed for the lunar new year. Happy lunar year babbbbyyy ! It's the year of the Dragon 🐉 🎆 & again thank you soooo much. This place is officially on my favorite list on my maps !!

I really wish that I could leave less than one star. I came in earlier today and asked for a soak off, a full set and a pedicure. Waited for 1 1/2 hours and then sat in the owner’s chair waiting to be serviced. I thought with me asking to soak, she would prepare to put my nails in a bowl. But what she did was used something to take my overlay off and that caused excruciating pain to my nail plate. Then as she is doing my nails, she makes the acrylic thick after I had asked that I did not want them bulky! My next problem was that she continued to raise her voice at me to the point that she was yelling at me which I thought was very rude and disrespectful especially when I’ve been a paying customer for years and also was being a patient customer so the yelling was unwarranted. I didn’t know

I had to wait a few minutes after 10 for them to open the door. I was immediately seated and the pedicure started quickly. However, the tool they used to scrub my feet didn't remove the excess skin so I had to go home and scrub. The gel nail polish application was fine.
