Love coming here to get my lashes done. I have extremely sensitive eyes and they offer UV lash extensions. I highly recommend, painless, no tears and retention lasts so much longer and BETTER than standard lashes when they do start to fall out. The service is pricier but it’s worth every penny. Thank you always!

i had the best experience at my lash appointment and i’m honestly obsessed!! from the moment i walked in, the space was so clean, relaxing, and welcoming. my lash artist took her time to understand the exact look i wanted and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. the retention, the fullness, the shape… everything came out perfect. my lashes look so soft, natural, and fluffy but still give that glam effect. i’ve gotten so many compliments already! what i loved most is how gentle the process was — no irritation, no burning, and my natural lashes still feel healthy. if you’re looking for someone who is professional, talented, and truly cares about their work, this is the place to go. i’m officially a loyal client and can’t wait for my next fill! highly recommend 🤍

If a zero-star option existed, that’s exactly what this place would be getting instead of one star. Absolutely disgusting front desk service. Rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I booked an appointment for a lash lift and tint AND eyebrow shaping and tint. I arrived late due to parking issues, signed in, and was never told there was any issue. In fact, I was told my brow service would be done right after my lashes. Instead, in the middle of my lash service, the front desk suddenly decides to say they “won’t be doing eyebrows.” That is unacceptable. What makes this even worse is why they suddenly decided this. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A LASH LIFT. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I went here last week, I told the girl I want a lash lift with extra curl. It was a smoothing experience. However, the quality was horrendous. They asked me repeatedly if this was my first time, and I told them no. When she finished, I knew immediately something was wrong. I felt my lashes. My lashes were on my EYELID. On top of that, they do NOT wash their hands often. She washed them the first time, then she went and blew her nose, did not hear her wash her hands. My eyelashes were plastered to my lids. I thought maybe it would go down with some time, nope. The next day, I came back and told them my lashes were on my eyelid. They were all giggling. First time visitor and first time getting lashes, and I couldn’t be happier! Magic Lash Studio in Bay Ridge is such an inviting, beautiful space — you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. I got a set of natural mink lashes and they look amazing — soft, natural, and exactly what I wanted. Jenny was my lash technician and she did such a great job.
