Magic Hands Oriental massage/Foot SPA

Aweful customer service and rudeness from the employees that work at the front is why I will never be back here. They shoo you out immediately after the massage and I have even been scolded for “talking to loud”. Plenty of better places in Boca without the attitude or unprofessional behavior. They have been open for many years- so they treat people like crap because they feel they can. Beware. Learn how to treat people when they pay good money to be there multiple times a week. Won’t be back again.

I visited this morning hoping for a relaxing massage, but I'm sad to say the experience was nothing close. The daughter at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. The entire staff seemed to share the same disrespectful attitude. It was clear that customer service is not a priority here. I left without feeling relaxed or valued as a customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive or respectful experience. I don't usually right bad reviews but this needed to be said. This is not the first time I've seen someone saying how rude the staff is!!

I don’t understand why the negative reviews on the front desk. I have had only pleasant experiences. Mother and daughter have always been very kind to me. As for the massages, they are excellent as well. A nice clean operation. I love it here !

I have gone to this business for eight years, but today was the last day. The daughter that sometimes works the front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was never late nor canceled an appt for years. But I did buy two massages for a couple friend of mine, and the couple was unable to go at the last minute. When I called to make an appt today the daughter answered and told me she doesn’t give appts to people that cancel and I had canceled too many times, which was confusing. I thought she was looking at someone else’s info. she said she would give me an appt. I usually get to interact with the mom who is a lovely person, but the daughter is often unsavory. When I arrived I kindly explained that it was a mistake, and it wasn’t really me. What happened next was a shock to the peop

The most relaxing experience ever! Clean, I mean spotlessly clean. Wonderful staff (Magic Hands is a true description!!) atmosphere extremely comfortable. I will be a customer for life!
