Terrible customer service. Especially Fernanda . She canceled my daughter hair and makeup last day on her graduation. We supposed have appointment at 9 am . She didn’t show up I call she didn’t pick up after so many calls. I text her she responded by tex lying that she had someone at the hospital and she couldn’t make today to work. Since we do not have any choice the guy took my daughter for hair only since he doesn’t do makeup.-not recommend him as well .Around 11 am Fernanda show up to work like nothing happened.THIS KIND OF PERSON WE NEED TO STAY AWAY . FERNANDA I have massage for you . God will punish you for this stress that we went try . Also she was stink on alcohol that morning 🤦🏻‍♀️.

I recommend this spot! My hair always comes out fresh the barbers are good and there’s a few girls that have braided my hair, I recommend!

I was pleased with the service it was great I had my hair braided and my kids hair and they did awesome!

They need get better with the guy who is working today, I went Friday nd a hispanic lady was working nd she never told nobody “mañana” like I was told today, I know he doesn’t speak Spanish nd I asked him in English if it was close nd he keeps saying mañana he not even know what we need.
