I got my hair braided by Delisa (@did.by.dee) and I’m so glad I found her! She did 8 stitch braids and they came out so clean. What I appreciated most was how patient she was — I was running late trying to find parking and she waited without rushing me. The salon is super clean, modern, and has a really friendly vibe. Delisa’s braiding style is neat, not too tight, and she even caught all my short hairs (which I was worried about!). My scalp didn’t feel sore afterward, and the braids still look flawless. She’s incredibly professional, down-to-earth, and talented. I’ve already recommended her to all the women in my family. 10/10!

I've been ordering products from this company for over a year now, literally spent thousands. Lately the quality has gon downhill. Recently I ordered a braid bib with my monthly jam and it took over 2 weeks to ship. Once I got the bib it was filthy with stains. I emailed customer service and got little to no help. I also let them know that the product in the local beauty supply is different than what's being sent from the website and there was no action or concern. This is your brand. Why not take pride in it?? I understand expanding your business but if you're going to do it at the cost of quality it's no point.

I had my Stitch braids done by MIA today and she did an excellent job! My braids are neat and parts are straight and edges laid! I always go to Magic Fingers Studio in New York to get my braids done. Never disappoints!

I booked jumbo knotless mid back with bohemian curls, but when i got there, Delisa said the curls didn't show up on her phone, but she did offer to curl my ends, which I was very pleased with. Next time, I will screenshot what I book before coming. The booking app sucks but Delisa did an amazing job! She did my baby hairs just the way I like them. Her customer service is on point! 10 out of 10! I will book with her again!

I've come to this establishment only a handful of times. each time with previous visits, I like how me hair came out. I don't like how this last style was done... I actually booked another hair appointment elsewhere while getting my hair done. Let's start from the beginning, my appointment was scheduled for 12:15, I received a call from the manager at 10am the same day asking if it was OK for me to come in at 2:15 instead, I said no and asked if I needed to reschedule. The manager said she would call me back with updates. She called back and said it was OK to come in for the original scheduled time.
