The owner is an excellent barber, and he has consistently provided me with great haircuts over the years. However, upon returning to town and booking an appointment with him, I was disappointed when, instead of being served by him as expected, a friend of his jumped ahead in line, and I was pawned off to a new barber. While I'm happy that his shop is doing well, I believe loyalty to barbers should also be reciprocated with loyalty to clients.
