Magic City Meditations Art and Massage

Massage newbie here and I'd like to share my experience with Bridget's amazing therapy. I guess you can tell I found it "amazing." She sat with me in consultation first, to learn from me - what did I want to get out of the session? what parts of me hurt? why? where do I find comforting touch? She assessed before she began the body work. Then, through a combination of massage and guided meditation, she went to work on me. I left with a sense the sense of peace that I hadn't really known I was looking for.

This was an amazing experience! Bridget was so knowledgeable and she made me feel beyond comfortable. When I left her table I felt relief and fullness throughout my whole body! She really is amazing at what she does! You can feel the love she puts into her work. I will definitely be back!!!!!! TOP NOTCH! Thank you Bridget ❤️

Chris is the best massage therapist I've ever had! My go to place after a rough week. Very relaxing atmosphere and beautiful artwork by his wife and co-therapist, Bridget (who is also a yoga instructor). Can't recommend this place enough!

I have had massages by both Bridget and Chris and they are both fantastic and attentive. I suffer from carpal tunnel and also have some missing muscles and bones on one side that cause neck and shoulder pain. Being massaged by them always gives me a lot of relief in both areas. Yesterday I went in for a massage and my ankle (that's 7 weeks into healing from a broken bone and sprain) was very swollen and throbbing. By the time I left the swelling and throbbing were both gone and I felt so much better. They also have a fun and welcoming vibe and play lovely soothing music that is really relaxing. I love all of the colorful art too. Definitely check them out!

Bridget is a fantastic massage therapist! She is kind, attentive, and super knowledgeable. I love the upbeat, calming vibe of the shop as well.
