I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even if it was their last resort. I sat in there for two hours, just for a tip manicure no tips or anything. Getting acrylic tips would’ve taken even shorter at other places. Then to be charged $50 when I was told it was 40 on the phone. They told me oh French tips is an additional $10 but nobody told me that at the start. Then my card declined because I transferred $50 even and when I went to pay, she laughed in my face and said it declined in a harsh way. I said try again because I know the money is transferred into my account and the same thing happened I asked how much again and she said $53. So the woman was not even telling me the exact amount I was paying. Weird. about the nails, I spent two hours sitting there for the most basic manicure. I

Not only did my nails not come out like the picture I provided at all which was perfectly reasonable, the gems immediately started falling off 20 minutes after I left!! I immediately drove back and had them glue what I could recover back on, just for them to start breaking off AGAIN! I've NEVER ever had a problem with gems breaking off from doing daily tasks when the work was done anywhere else. Not to mention the idiotic placement of some of them which make it damn near impossible to use a keyboard because they quite literally keep getting in my way. Never coming back, might even file a chargeback. Told me 60 over the phone, ended up coming out to nearly 100 after I bothered to tip.

This nail salon was recommended to me by a coworker and I’m so happy I came. She also recommended Heidi, who has now been my girl since September and I’ve received some of the best manicures ever. I’m an sns powder manicure kinda girl and I’ve had some of my manicures last almost 2 months which is INSANITY for someone who bartends.

I love working with priscila, she does some of the best work and will always go to her!!

Picked out my color, it came out completely different. It was a taupe brown and came out almost black. I asked for money off and they said sometimes the colors change I said then change the sample. Asked to see them compared together and for money off and there was too much of a language barrier for them to understand I wanted a discount I guess? Paid full price for a color I didn’t even pick
