MadLash(Eyelash Extensions and Facials)

This is now my second time coming to MadLash. Shanna is sweet, professional, and always takes the most time and care of my lashes. Each time I have been in love with the results and will be coming back every time to get my lashes lifted. Photos attached for reference! *edit on 6/27/25* After much deliberation I decided to try eyebrow lamination and Shanna of course delivered the best results I could have ever imagined. The first two photos of my brows are the day I received the lamination. The last two photos are almost a week out and the results are still nothing but perfect. All photos are taken with no product in my brows for reference. I am super happy with the results and would recommend anyone looking for a brow lamination to look no further than MadLash. Cayla is very gentle, insightful, and personable. This is my second custom facial with Cayla at MadLash. She provided me with my first ever facial and that experience absolutely made me come back. I consider myself a skincare novice - caring only enough to keep my body/face clean and moisturized but not enough to understand products or ingredients. Cayla was sure to tell me exactly what she was doing, what products were involved and she answered all my questions. On top of her being knowledgeable, her touch is unmatched! I just received a custom facial from Cayla at MedLash Esthetics, and it was one of the best skincare treatments I’ve ever had. The spa atmosphere is relaxing, and Cayla is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She customized each step of the facial to meet my skin’s needs, explaining the process along the way and making sure I was comfortable. The treatment left my skin deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing. I highly recommend Cayla if you’re looking for someone who combines professionalism with genuine care.

Don’t do it, expensive and useless. I have long eyelashes and was looking for a permanent way to lift them. I got the eyelash lift with tint, the procedure last approx 45 min and you have your eyes closed at all times. It’s uncomfortable but not painful. When i looked myself in the mirror it looked like I have taken a shower and my lashes were completely flat. They said to wait 24h and then rinse the product and to sleep in your back to not ruin the perm, I did, but my lashes were never lifted, they look worse, very disorganized and messy and one eye looks different than the other, I have to curl my eyelashes before going out and apply mascara like I did before this. I also got the tint but there is no way you can see it, it looks I never got it. Very very disappointed with this. Do not re

This was my very first visit and it was a very impressive one. Cayla, did an exceptional job with my facial. She took her time, explained everything that she was doing. I was so comfortable and relaxed that I actually fell asleep. The spa is very clean and the aromas that carry throughout the spa is therapeutic itself. Cayla is phenomenal and I can’t wait to get back to her next month!!!!
