Easy app! Get it! Used the FALL30 All over color + Blow Out for first time ever visit. Why did I wait so long?! Long thick hair and starting to get grays around the temples/crown (yay). Years ago found out my scalp is sensitive to salon dyes, easily burns and itches for days after, but gratefully not with Madison Reed products! Super helpful friendly staff!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was unbelievable — warm, professional, and truly talented. I needed a last-minute color touch-up, and Kaci, the manager, went above and beyond to fit me in on the spot. My color came out absolutely gorgeous — rich, glossy, and perfectly blended. If you want the best color and blowout, ask for Kelli - she’s a total pro! I’m originally from New York and I know a great salon when I see one, and this one is five stars plus. The service, the location, the energy — everything about this place is top-notch. Highly, highly recommend Madison Reed Westlake — you will not be disappointed!

Exceptional service and a beautiful color choice. My gray was fully covered with no chemical damage. Booking was easy, and appointments were available at times that worked perfectly for me. I will absolutely continue coming here and highly recommend them to family and friends and became a member.

I am a big fan of MR. I go to the Westlake location about every 3 weeks and have been doing so for almost 2 years. I am always happy with the color of my hair when I leave (and the quality of the hair dye) but the girls that shampoo/rinse ALWAYS leave color in my hair and dark dye around my hair line. I do a dark blue/black color...the rinsing bowls are dark black so you cannot see if all the color comes out. The towels are also dark black so you can not see the dye either. There have been at least 4 times where, even though I do a triple shampoo, I still get residual dye on my towels when I wash at home...sometimes even after one or two home washes. Saw Randall today and in my humble opinion Randall is one of the most detail oriented colorists at this location. I left the salon today feeling relaxed and refreshed, and of course my hair turned out fabulous. Looking forward to my next visit 💕
