Trina absolutely made my day! I just moved to Dallas and my roots had been bothering me for the last month - Trina took her time to understand what exactly I was wanting and did exactly that! I am beyond impressed, as my blonde hair is not the easiest to work with in general! She is fun to be around AND truly cares about her clients - can’t wait to come back and see Trina in the months to come! She killed it!

First timer! I made a same day appointment online and got in. I originally was going to just do a root touch up but realized I also wanted a blow out so I went in a bit earlier and spoke with Crystal. She’s fantastic! She mentioned all her stylists were booked for the day, and honestly I could tell everyone was busy but she was able to get mea blowout in. I had an incident were I chocked on my ow saliva and started choking and the ladies brought me water and let me cough it out. They were all very attentive and helpful. My color specialist was also helpful and gave me the option of Demi color or permanent. I’m glad she did, because I prefer Demi as it fades into my greys and doesn’t give me that harsh growth line when my greys come back out in a Few weeks. I really like the concept of M

I bought hair color online as a first time user & picked it up in store. I liked the results even though it didn’t come out how I expected it to. I have natural black thick hair, & there were no other colors in my hair prior to this, It came out reddish brown (not the blondish brown color shown in the image online) and you can only really see it in the sun. Can’t really tell the difference in bad lighting. The color stayed in my hair through regular washing for about 2 months, then my roots grew out and you could kind of tell the difference, (which I appreciated since it means it was obvs it was a different color) I didn’t get it again because Im looking to achieve a different shade of brown, but i liked how it didn’t cause crazy damage to my hair compared to other brands, and I liked tha
