I have to admit I haven't been to a salon in quite some time. This being due to the new ways that certain salons do things and just the long process that it takes now after covid. So I was nervous going in today. But I think the girl's name was Rachel or Rochelle. I'm not sure if I have it right. If I don't I'm sorry but she was wonderful. She was nice. She was sweet. She did a wonderful job with my hair. The guy that washed my hair was wonderful. I'm sorry I don't know everybody by name. I'm new here but he was wonderful. He was sweet too. He was very nice. He did a great job washing my hair. Everybody in here is just very friendly and very nice and compare to a lot of the other places that I've been researching a lot of salons around the area, charge our arm and a leg for what I wanted t

Joining this salon has been an excellent decision. Although my first visit was a bit unnerving because I've been with the same color specialist for years, the team handled it with professionalism. When my initial color was darker than I'd hoped, Angel and Rochelle took the time to consult with me thoroughly, and on subsequent visits, they delivered a color I was completely happy with. ​Their expertise extends to all hair types, as they handled my super curly, textured hair with confidence and ease. I have had multiple appointments with this location, and I just love it! Great location, too. I love the stylists. At first I was hesitant because change is always hard but I was thrilled with results! I love that there is a self blow dry station - no additional charge - so you don't leave as a wet head. I have curly hair and every time I get my hair dried after service, the stylists at other salons blow dries it straight- even asking them not to. Madison Reed also lets you use their products (only) at the self dry! Most importantly, I love the product and service. I receive compliments all the time for my hair - grateful for MR!

I’ve used their products for three years and I’ve been a member for two years . I appreciate and enjoy the consistency of this company and their entire staff. There is rarely a wait time. It’s systematic. Just easy. I love the option to blow dry my own hair or have them do it. The products are excellent! I highly recommend, especially for brunettes mostly gray. A+++

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any professional salon. This was my first month and the first color was messed up because of lack of time after I got wrong info. When I walked in for my second appointment I was told it was cancelled and couldn’t give me another one the next day either. Very incompetent staff, not friendly and not knowledgeable about the business. The computer system is wacky and hard to connect with someone with real brain.if there’s anything less than 1 star I would give that
