I went last week for my first color appointment, and I was absolutely delighted. Luisa is phenomenal. She took amazing care of me and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I have a second appointment scheduled to make sure the color turns out perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. I was coming from another salon chain where I didn’t have a very good experience, so I was a little nervous at first. But Luisa was especially wonderful and made me feel completely comfortable. Shawna is wonderful. The salon is conveniently located and it’s run very efficiently. I never have a problem getting an appointment. I have the subscription and get my roots colored every two weeks.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wilda was absolutely amazing. From the moment I sat in her chair she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She took the time to perfectly match my root color to cover my grays and was incredibly thoughtful in recommending the right gloss to blend beautifully while protecting the integrity of my highlights. Nothing felt rushed at all. She was kind patient attentive and truly listened. My blowout was flawless and my hair looks and feels incredible. Even more important my hair is very sensitive and my scalp has zero irritation which is a huge win for me. I honestly left thinking wow why did I not come here sooner. I am so glad I tried Madison Reed and Wilda is absolutely my stylist going forward. I cannot wait to come back. Total win all around.

I visited for a second time. Staff and all is wonderful but the color did not take and I am still gray at the roots. Will call the national help line and see what we can do.Its pricey so I feel I did not get any value for what I paid this time.The proof is in how they will handle an issue such as what I experienced.Follow up call resulted in a full refund for that date of service. I was pleased with that. You do have to send photos however which I was fine with. Thank you to the customer service rep on the national line!

My colorist, Audrey, was amazing! I'm a natural redhead and was nervous about matching my color perfectly. Audrey was patient and listen to my concerns and alleviated my nervousness right away. I could tell she was a true professional and she was able to match my color perfectly! I'm so happy with my results!
