Madison Reed offered me a $35 toning treatment after my review. I called their corporate headquarters and got a refund. I went to a new salon and the damage they did to my hair is going to cost me probably $2000 to fix with color correction and treatment. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I am now moving forward with binding arbitration for my damages as the salon has already admitted fault by issuing my full refund. I just paid the first $500 of what is going to be a very long color correction process. I've been going to Madison Reed now for quite a few years and have been very pleased with them. I am so lucky and thrilled that Luciany has been my colorist now, she is the best of the best! She is an expert in the hair dyeing industry and is so sweet and personable. She is an absolute asset to this company. My stubborn greys come in fast and furious so I have the convenient monthly plan and look forward to seeing Luciany every two weeks. I would highly recommend MR and you are in great hands with Luciany's knowledge of hair.

This was my first time. I booked in for an all over color, accent highlight, and blowout. Luciany called me the day before to say they couldn’t do my blowout anymore, which is unfortunate but I appreciated the heads up. She was super kind and thorough in looking at my hair and talking me through my overall concerns and goals. It’s definitely a different set up than a traditional salon, with no receptionists and multiple people being served at once, but I sort of expected that. My color turned out beautiful though and it was super efficient, which is exactly what I was looking for! I was able to use the self blow dry station to see how everything turned out. The price is definitely a bit cheaper than a traditional salon as well if you have a membership. I think some of the negative reviews

Luciana does a great job on my hair she helped me find the right color. I am very happy with her services she is very friendly and knowledgeable.and because of her I have become a dedicated customer and I only want her to do my hair.
