I went to have a battery put in 2 watches 1 a Michael Kors watch very expensive the man broke both of the watches instead of saying that he did not know what he was doing he did not own up to it. He should have actually paid for both of the watches that he had broken instead he had a stupid smirk on his face. Never take any jewelry there for anything. I will not be going back there for anything at all! I would not give this place a star at all!

They have average stuff here (+fake products from Wish or something). Their customer service sucks. It's a man in woman. The man is sweet and helpful, woman is rude and judgmental. They just assume I had no money because of my looks & skin color (mexican) 🫣😮‍💨. Spent $200 on random shyt, once I felt the judgment! If you are not black be prepared to be followed! 😵‍💫🫡😶‍🌫️🙄🖕🏼

People in the store was really friendly and helpful l will go there again

It was a dump..But they had some great deals. To much drug activity outside before you even get to walk in. Its not my normal way of life.Just Shocked at how it rolls in Chicago. I would never ever go there again😭

This shop is in my neighborhood and it has a lot of products and other things to offer. Their prices are reasonable and the people in the store are courtesy to you.
