Mademoiselle Nails & Spa - Worcester

Today, I had such a lovely experience with Tiffany! Not only did she do an amazing job but she is hilarious. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Not only was the service was excellent, but I also enjoyed the great laughs with her. Such a great way to start off my weekend. Update: I appreciate them offering a complimentary redo but it’s dip so I don’t know how it can be redone I also want to add it’s not about the money but the quality. What I’ve gotten for my birthday nails and over the summer was sooooo good very pretty sets this one was nothing compared so yes it’s disappointing at the same price point I’ve paid for other sets that were cute. I see a bunch of imperfections I’ve never seen any other sets I’ve gotten. Attached is my previous sets for comparison I came in to get a few services done after work I feel like my nail tech was nice but this was way over charged for the quality I received. Absolutely LOVE mademoiselle nails!! Every experience has been 10/10! Quick services with amazing staff member and nail designs that never fail to amaze me and longevity in each set, couldn’t be better! Definitely recommend Mademoiselle nails to anyone looking!

TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve been doing dip for years and after a week my nails are breaking and chipping from doing normal house cleaning and taking care of kids. I had to file them because they are closed on Sundays. I call to have them fix it Monday and they tell me I have to pay for my nails to be fixed because it’s “over 72 hours”and I filed them. but also claim dip last for 2 weeks. in my years of doing dip I have always been able to go almost 3 weeks no chipping or breaking. I included my nails day they were done.

I love it here! I’ve been going to Mademoiselle in Northboro for years. This location is a bit more convenient for me, so I decided to try it! Such a great experience! The staff is so nice and did a great job on my nails. Their options and products are top notch with all the basics and top nail trends available! Jess did my dip manicure which looks fantastic and Jenny did my pedicure which felt amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
