Got my hair braided here and she did it fast and gentle quick less than an hr definitely going back

My favorite place to go. I always see Anna for my wash, set and keratin treatments ❤️❤️ I even got my mani pedi there. The pedi was a little uncomfortable where she had me but they came out great and lasted too :-)

Due to nobody in there speaking English I went in there with an exact picture of what I wanted and the lady decided to do her own thing after seeing the picture multiple times. Then charged me more than I usually pay because SHE decided to freestyle on me. Also while getting my nails done she is talking about me in front of other customers. When I went to the store owner, she was blowing me off and not listening to my complaints nor trying to compromise with me. Overall it’s bad customer service if you’re not Spanish .

I absolutely love my hair every time I get it done here. The service and the prices are very reasonable too. 10/10
