Unfortunately I have to change my review . I do not usually like to rub stylist the wrong way so I’m saying this from the kindest part of my heart. Please do not take offense . I would hope this helps you improve your services as your staff is very kind . I started my loc journey here In hopes to keeping a consistent stylist . However , going forward with services that changed. To make this short and sweet . If someone books a specific stylist . That stylist should service that client . In the event that stylist cannot do the clients hair . The polite thing to do would be to ask the client is it okay if one of my other staff members service you today . Lastly , please check your stylist work and ask the client what style they are getting . It is important to make sure your stylist are cre

Overpriced for mediocre work. Joy doesn't always take clients, instead she passes it to one of her assistants to complete; their work ethic isn't like the shop owner Joy. Hairstyle started falling apart within a few days. Plus the assistant was upset with me for picking the style. Basically she should've said she didn't know how to accomplish the style.

This is the BEST HAIR place u could ever go TO I’m getting my hair done now I would love to bring everyone here it’s so clean and calm and when they braid your hair it feels like they are not even braiding cause they are so so so gentle with your hair and they have hair treatments that you can get and buy I would definitely recommend this place I live it so much I feel at home it’s called Made in Africa Braiding and Locs

I came across this salon out of desperation to get my hair washed. I’m natural with 4C hair and I hate washing it. Joy was so sweet and pleasant. The atmosphere gives a peaceful ambiance. The price was perfect. Joy has become the washer for my hair now.

Ashley was so patient, sweet and funny. She listened and worked with me on my quick weave style to achieve the look I wanted. She wasn’t efficient with her time and even taught me a new technique for curls. I’ll definitely continue to come here.
