Macy's

Sunday I decided to visit Macy’s to try and purchase MAC products to match my skin tone. I don’t wear makeup every day. I walked up to the MAC makeup counter and approached a young lady by the name of Yvana. I was nervous because I did not know exactly what type of makeup I wanted and what I was looking for. I was all over place.. lol. She listened and was very patient, kind, empathetic, polite, and very professional. I just wanted to take the time to thank her. If you ever need MAC products and your makeup done I highly recommend her services.

I LOVE this MAC counter! The ladies make me feel beautiful every time I leave. This particular counter is unlike the majority of MAC counters the ladies are extremely nice and always helpful!! Whether I am spending $30 or $200!! Whitney, Claudia, and Elena are professional and always extremely nice and helpful! Fair Oaks and Tyson's MAC counters should definitely take notes from these AMAZINg ladies!

Great Customer Service Mac counter they don't do appointment here its first come first serve. Natalie the Rep always smiles and have a good way of helping each customer out in a quickly matter. If she's not doing it then Ashley or another Rep out. I love it here. Keep up the great work.

Came here the other day and stood around for like 20 min waiting for the MAC rep to get done with another customer. I simply had a question whether a highlighter was in stock so I could test the swatch. Not sure why I had to wait so long for something as simple as that. So as I’m growing impatient I see another rep coming to the counter (possibly from a lunch break) and the same rep who had spent forever helping quickly jumps to the counter to “check” before the other rep could approach me as I was already looking pissed and ready to complain. Took her 2 seconds to tell me they were sold out. I’ve done customer service myself dealing with multiple customers and I’d be fired for this

I’m new to make up and was worried about shopping here but when I went to the counter I was greeted by a very friendly woman named Taylor. She made me feel so comfortable and excited about make up and helped me with everything. Can’t wait to go back to Mac and hopefully see her there:)
