The Asian lady behind the counter is so conniving. I went to buy Jamaican mango and lime castor oil. She told me to get the one with peppermint; everyone loves it. I ended up getting it, and when I got home, I opened my bag, and the oil spilled everywhere. I went back with photos on the same day and asked her if she could simply replace it. She refused to hear me out and yelled at me. I regret ever going to that store. It was my first and last.

The lady that owns this beauty supply store, the little Asian lady has the most nastiest attitude ever, anytime you ask for help she catches an attitude.I try to give this beauty supply store another chance cause it’s local, but I would never give her a dollar of mine. I work near this place and I make sure I tell people and the stories that people tell me are even worse. I don’t even know how that business is still running. Can’t find anything in there all the Hair packages are all stacked on top of each other so you need help looking for something but they never wanna help you or it takes about 45 minutes to get help in that store. I've been going to this lady for 10 years. I bought a shine and jam gel 8 oz from her for $21.99 got home and realized I had a 16oz for $22.99. I went back to her store the next morning to switch it out and pay the difference and she's telling me no she can't 😔 because i used her gel. I didnt even tough the thing.I felt so bad cause like why can't you just give me the big gel and I pay the dollar extra it's bad enough the gel had the wrong pricing on it or she was trying to get over but she is terrible. I'm always supporting her business but I see I have to stop.

They will sell you something used, when you try to exchange it. Then will lie and say it’s you! Go somewhere else if you don’t want to deal with the hassle.
