Horrible customer service from the owner. There’s another man there who is friendly (maybe related). They are higher than any other beauty supply store I’ve visited in Newark area

I would give them 0 stars If I could owner is very rude and this business is autism kid friendly so if your child has autism don’t bring them with you to this store the owner was yelling at my to calm my son from a meltdown my son was just making noise it wasn’t like he was throwing merchandise or anything like that and they are over priced my total was 80$ and when I asked to take something out he wouldn’t let me

I love ❤️ Macy they have everything I seen a wig on YouTube I called Macy she have same wig different brand You will always get what you need there Springfield ave location is my preference bigger store👍🏽

They literally have everything I need and more. I can legit walk in and ask for something they will direct me to it. Awesome customer service overall the best beauty supply I've been too

the owner has been rude a number of times..one morning i walked in and looked around the owner followed me around and said are you done we are closing in 15 minutes..prior to this i have been going there since i was a teen over 10 years shopping there. they open at 9 and at the time it was 9:15. because of the fact that ive been going there for years i took it as maybe he was having a bad day..but the last time was the last straw..i went there to get some weave as always and the same guy said to me hes about to closebthe store close at 8 at this time it was 7:15 or so . he basically rushed me..i donot steal never have never will but his actions were rude for the last time. i left the store and sat in my car until 8 and the store was STILL open n he was letting customers in...donot support
