Macquarium Building

The parking ticket machine didn't dispense a ticket upon arrival. While trying to leave, I calmly explained my situation to the parking ticket lady and she was extremely rude. She also made me pay a $15 "lost ticket" fee in order to leave even though I never received one. I've never felt obligated to write a bad review, but this was the worst experience with parking I've ever had.

I’ve been here on 2 occasions. The first time I went the security guard at the front desk was very polite and helpful, this was on a weekday. I came back on a Saturday and my encounter with a different security guard was awful. He was super rude to me and my boyfriend. Yelled at my boyfriend to get out of the building although he was allowed up the elevator with me on my previous visit without any problems. If you come on a Saturday majority of the entrances will be locked. I had to walk all around the building to 3 different doors before I was able to get in. There were no signs to indicate which door I should use. I wasn’t able to use the same door that I did on my previous visit. Also know that you must sign in on a Saturday before walking towards the elevator or you will be yelled at.

information personnel are always friendly, professional, & helpful. building & parking lot are clean. temperature screen is stand-alone face outline type. i wish parking was less costly, but it's in line with the area.

A very pleasant experience taking a friend for a spinal injection. Everyone from receptionist, medical staff and front desk greeters was very courteous and helpful with any questions we had.

Worst building management. Worst security guard during the weekday mornings. Communication of building updates is nearly nonexistent. If a fire or hazardous event happens on one floor the other floors or tenants wouldn’t be notified or anything. The exit gate on the upper deck is faulty most of the time causing a line of cars to wrap around the building. Terrible in every way.
