Friendly staff. Very helpful. Offered to order my foundation that they didn’t have in stock and have it shipped to my home for free. Instead we matched my skin tone to another foundation that was in stock. I like that MAC offers an incentive for returning empty foundation bottles (return 6, receive one free lipstick).

Niki helped me alot with my first ever purchases! I will definitely be returning. I love all my items. The customer service was outstanding, the best I've had at any makeup outlet or counter.

The products are so top notch. The staff are always friendly and really helpful. They are more interested in helping you find the best fit for your needs than a sale of something that you don't want or need. They always take the time to help you find a great shade, product, and show you how to use them for your best look. Love the MAC products and staff.

This was my first time at a MAC counter and I honestly had low expectations. I am a makeup artist and have always heard jokes/comments about how mac employees are not usually the best. The man that helped me today (I didn't catch his name) was SO helpful and patient with me. I knew exactly what I wanted and he helped me find my perfect shade and didn't push anything else on me. He was so sweet and I would definitely return solely because of his help! Side note: I looked like trash. No makeup, and wearing a full gray outfit. Still treated me great!

Made a stop in the Mac counter last night for facial cleanser and moisturizing lotion. However I was highly disappointed that the listed price for the moisturizer was different and much more than the price ringing in. I felt I should have been able to purchase at the listed price. The cashier made attempt with this even when my salesperson told her the price it was listed as! I did purchase the cleanser because Josie had outstanding customer service. However, that will be my last time at this particular store. Please correct this!! Shirley Cummings
