MAC Cosmetics

Came in for a color match with my mom and the girl that helped us was a little too anxious for my liking. Nonetheless I was overstimulated. If you’re at work why are you in a rush when you can’t leave until Macy’s closes. She had no patience and talked over me in an aggressive manner. Maybe she didn’t go on her smoke break or something cause she seemed agitated. No one likes to work but we all gotta do it. Do better Macy's MAC. P.S No one care if you do makeup everyone knows how to do makeup it’s 2025 so idk why they treat ppl like they’re oblivious on how to slap on some foundation. A hot mess

Sat I had a makeup appt it took 30 mins for someone to even greet me upon arrival then nobody knew who was doing the makeup which made it worst the woman who was finally going to do the makeup told me 160 with buying products when on the website a full beat is 90, then she proceeds to say zelle her 85 then I would still have to purchase lashes and she couldn't do none of the makeup looks I wanted they are unprofessional I would never be returning to this Mac.

I went to get my makeup done for my mothers funeral. When I walked in it was very busy and I became emotional. Kenyana was the artist who helped me. She came over to me to ask if I was okay. While she did my makeup she was talking to me about all the products at mac and asking me if I need to take a break in case I got to emotional. We laughed and talked through out the whole time and I felt so at ease. She was so helpful in every way. She even went through each item that I was going to purchase and told me what they can do for me s she was amazing.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I went to 3 different ladies for help the most nasty attitudes ever. The ladies look like they were sleepy and did not want to even being working. I turned away and drove to Sephora . Mac you need to train your employees better.

I would definitely recommend getting your makeup done here. My daughter and I enjoyed our experience here Mac’s Artist Joanna was very sweet and knowledgeable
