MAC Cosmetics

I had a wonderful experience at the Mac counter in Macy’s thanks to a very kind and knowledgeable lady in the makeup department named Sylvia. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, and really took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back and will make sure to ask for her personally! Excellent service!

It's regrettable that I have to even write this review, but I feel it's important to highlight the unacceptable conditions at Broward Mall (MAC) Macy's. Not only are the escalators often non-functional and hazardous, but the attitude of the employees, particularly Shelby, was disappointing. Despite booking our appointments two weeks in advance for my daughter's prom makeup and my own, we encountered a negative vibe from the moment we arrived. While the makeup artist for myself was great, my daughter wanted to switch artists due to a preference in style. Unfortunately, this simple request escalated into a larger issue, leaving us with a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I would caution others to consider their options carefully before choosing this location for any special occasion.

On the 02/16/2022, I visited Mac Cosmetics at the Broward Mall. I dealt with Christine, she was absolutely amazing!!!! I must say this young lady knows her job. She is very friendly, extremely gentle and most of all knows how to serve her customer!!!! Christine, did my makeup and was on point. She knew exactly how to match my makeup with my skin tone. Her managers and the management of Mac Cosmetics, should have more associates like Christine. She really did impress me with her service. I will highly recommend Christine to anyone who’s looking for there makeup to be done. FYI: I had another associate from this location gave me a trail and agreed to do my makeup on my big day!!! That associate set me up!!! But!!!Christine saved my day!!!! And was even better than that other person!!!! Chr

Had an appointment for makeup, which was spoken about at length when booked, for 4:00 today. Received a call this morning confirming a facial appt, not makeup. I explained I had booked a makeup appt and not a facial appt, and they were unable to accommodate the makeup appt. At this point there is no one with any availability for this afternoon, leaving me SOL. Incompetence across the board.

Visited with my wife, she was looking for something particular that was out of stock at one location. The make up consultant called all neighbouring locations, found it and had it reserved for us. We picked it up 2 days later. The item cost $22 but that did not matter, they just ensure your experience is a happy and complete one. Great service.
