MAC Cosmetics - Nordstrom

Make sure when you book an appointment with Mac you get the name of who made the appointment and the artist doing the makeup. I scheduled my daughter’s appointment a week in advance, even showed them when we got to her appointment the proof of the 4 minute call just to be be told she wasn’t on the books and there were no Mac makeup artists in working. My daughter’s homecoming is today and it took 15 minutes to even find someone who doesn’t work with Mac cosmetics to step in and assist with her makeup. Appointment took longer than should have but it understandable because she doesn’t work with Mac products. Just wish we had known this in advance before making the drive, like what if there was no one to do her makeup her homecoming would have been ruined smh. We came back here because my dau

So I was looking for a color match for the Mac Studio fix and the lady had my color ON POINT. Without even pulling down my mask or anything she matched my color right! She wasn’t pushy or forcing me to buy things I don’t want. It was quick and simple and I’m very satisfied with the color she picked out for me. :)

Friendly, knowledgable sales people. Excellent at application, everyone at Nordstrom is practicing social distancing, all wearing masks, and constantly disinfecting. Highly recommend, the anniversary sale is on!

Really enjoyed the service i received today at mac. The lady was very,nice, personable, quick, and knew her stuff. She made me want to shop at mac all the time. Would def. recommend this place for any and everybody!

Rep working solo shift yesterday is a good example why you shouldnt even step inside the store and just go to Nordstrom. Awful costumer service experience. Must be a new hire.
