MAC Cosmetics

Came in to purchase some foundation. I needed assistance to locate the supplies needed to sample the foundation to match my skin tone. I could not find anyone to assist me in the store. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. One store worker was on her cell phone and no one was attentive to customers needing help.

My sister went to MAC to look for a lip set that my mom currently has. Was told by a very rude and arrogant sales man that “it sounds like a fake shade” because he’s been with MAC for 17 years and has never heard of it. Looked it up and saw that it was a limited edition set that’s been discontinued. Sad that I could easily find that info without being condescending and he couldn’t at the very least hold his tongue instead of trying to embarrass her

Finally finally someone from MAC got it right. For years I've been told that my foundation color is a NW45; I never thought so but I didn't trust myself. So today, I go to buy more foundation in NW45. The young lady asked are you sure you want it in this color. I think you're a NC50. My eyes lit up, I wanted to hug her but I just said I knew it! She even told me my true undertone. The makeup looks flawless. I'm happy that someone to the time to look at me and finally get it right.

I've had both good and bad experiences at the Mac store in Patrick Henry mall. Someof the women are extremely nice while others aren't so nice.
