MAC Cosmetics

Erika was amazing. Not only is she an excellent MAC artist, I will come only to this store just for her. I left a very important folder with alot of information by accident. My fault. She called several times and made sure to let me know and had it with her for safe keeping. I almost had a heart attack realizing that folder was gone but she made sure to get it back to me. Her honesty and care really shows what a good person she is. I'm so appreciative of her. She has my business from here on out.

Went up to the counter asked for EXACTLY what I wanted, staff member told me she was going to get it. Immediately started helping someone else and then just ??? left?? I waited for 10 minutes to be fair, but when she walked by me she ignored me?? Didn’t even say “Be with you shortly” or notify another staff member. This isn’t the first time its happened to me at this one, sooooooo yeah.

Kim is the best! She is so professional and down to earth.. My makeup was nicely done. Thank you for making me look FABULOUS for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration.

Love the friendliness at this place! Especially Érica and Cheyenne! Great customer service and always willing to go far and beyond for customers! I recommend!

The service here sucks. I don't know why they ignore you so much. I've been standing in line for 15 minutes waiting and I never got asked what I wanted or what I was looking for. When I finally did, (some dark skinned woman) looked at me like I was interrupting her, when she was the one ringing up someone else while I was still waiting. Don't buy from here unless your makeup is on fleek. That is the only way to get attention.
