Please come see katelyn!! She saved the day . I had a huge gala she was absolute she and the associate was booked. I explained my situation how I called all day Noone returned my call or helped me to get an appointment. She was so nice to accommodate me . She is a joy she is saving Mac one make over at a time.

I went in to make a few purchases and try-buy some MAC products and get a light makeover for an evening social. I was met by and assisted by Desiree. From the second I sat down I knew this was going to be an unpleasant experience by the demeanor of this associate. During the hour I sat there this was the most grueling and unpleasant experience I've ever had getting a makeover at a cosmetic counter. She was unpleasant and clearly did not have much experience nor did she care to express it verbally or physically with me. All I did was show up smile and try to be pleasant instead I was talked down to when I questioned some of the bizarre and odd looking techniques that she was applying... This makeover was disastrous. Go see Mel! She is fantastic!! I usually go to Macy's or Dillards to get my MAC makeup but this Belk location is my new favorite. I went there to get a new look and Mel worked her magic and I bought everything! She made me look fantastic! Ask her if she's played frisbee golf yet 😁😁

Kia and Shereka new manager are very knowledgeable and attentive. I have done a dull face with both, and I am very pleased with professionalism
