MAC Cosmetics - Macy's

Just left here for the second time this week. The first time I arrived an hour and a half before closing and the lady next to MAC said the worker clocked out and left early. So I went back for the second time. I was very excited to get some concealer, as I have not purchased new concealer in years. The agent there tonight on Friday, January 9th 2026 is TERRIBLE! She has the poorest customer service I have seen in years. I will definitely be calling corporate. I showed her an old container of concealer so that she can see the color I needed, she says "We don't sell that. And it doesn't have the name of what it was called, so I don't know." I said, "Well show me where the concealers are." She points to where they are and that's it. No offering of help or anything, and mind you, I was the on

Terrible customer service by Brook. I spent $250.00 on product. Counter wasn't busy and she wouldn't apply foundation to my full face. And she had someone else working with her. She did give a make up wipe to remove off of the one side. So lazy. What has happened to Customer service. I did go to the lancome counter and received exceptional service. I decided not to give Mac. Anymore of my money!

If you go to get your makeup done from here. Please do not use ebony. She did me and my friends makeup for prom and had a very bad attitude. She acted as if she hates your job and doesn't take request on the way you want your makeup done. I have had so many horrible experiences here. I rate 1/10. I suggest if you're from Maryland to go to Towson or try the big one downtown. You'll get better results and perfect costumer service.

Awful experience with a CSR name Ebony! This female was very rude and acted unprofessionally. She acted as though I was disturbing her and then she dropped the cosmetic sponge on the floor and put it back in the foundation case. I asked her if she was gonna sell that to s/o? Again With her nasty attitude, her response was "well I guess I won't now" and then she threw the sponge in the trash. ew!!! Why did I have a feeling that she might go inside the trash and get it. Ebony has a very very rude,nasty, and arrogant personality and I wouldn't shop at this Mac counter if it was the only makeup counter around. Plus check out her makeup that she tries to do, it looks a mess. So basically don't shop here if you want a experience salesperson with a nice attitude. You won't get it at this location

They are very rude here. We came for a sale and was ready to at least buy something but we chose not to. One of my friends even walked off because of the atmosphere.One of the employees talked to us with a bad attitude soon as we walked up. While standing in front of a fixture a employee stepped in front of me without saying excuse me just to continue her sale.
