MAC Cosmetics - Macy's

I really love it. Yes, it's always packed and they have top-of-the-line products. I just went there to get tested out for red lipstick. I had no knowledge of lipsticks and they really helped me. The woman who worked on me was patient and listened to my needs, she also did an amazing job putting my lipstick on, and I bought the products because I love them so much. I got amazing red lipstick and lip pencil. These products are on the pricey side, but it’s all about quality.

I like Macy’s. I want to thank the consultant Marina, who is a professional in her field. She helped me many times and gave me exactly what I needed. She is a very pleasant and polite woman.

I love my Mac and the ladies at Mac are always so polite and helpful, I went to buy my foundation and they even had great suggestion. The lady at the counter even offer me new samples of stuff they had. I recommend going there and if your oily skin like me get the studio fix foundation is does wonders even in the summer .

You know, I've tried on several occasions to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it is ALWAYS SOMETHING with the staff here. I've been standing at the register for 12 minutes now to exchange a concealer. There is only one person working here. She has one person in the chair waiting, and another lady who apparently needed a consultation and has been working with her this entire time. I don't know if it's poor management or customer service training, but this is my last visit here. I'll go to the Oakbrook location from now on.

I went to the MAC store in the Aurora Fox Valley Mall Macy’s for National Lipstick Day and it was an amazing experience. It was so organized and everyone was so helpful, enthusiastic and pleasant. Wonderful experience.
