ZERO STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND this store location! They have the absolute RUDEST employees. First off, 5 works busy chatting with each other, walk in and not greeted or acknowledged. I know what I want, and when I got ti grab the one item, 2 employees get an attitude with me saying I CANNOT GRAB THE PRODUCTS I WANT TO BUY WITHOUT THEIR ASSISTANCE. I said what assistance when I was not even greeted, and she proceeds to say "oops oh well but you CANNOT grab your own products at this store!!!" Absolutely RUDE and HATEFUL! Will NEVER returned to this location and highly suggest if you need a MAC Cosmetics product, order online ship to home. These employees are HATEFUL!!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with MAC Cosmetics and to make it clear that my long-standing relationship with the brand has come to an end. I have been a loyal MAC customer since I was 17 years old. For decades, MAC was not just a makeup brand to me — it was the brand I trusted, returned to, and supported exclusively. This past Christmas, my husband purchased a MAC mascara for me as a gift. When I attempted to return or exchange it, I was informed that I was outside the 30-day return window. I’m writing to share a concern about an experience I had with Erica, the store manager, during a recent phone call, as well as some ongoing concerns I’ve observed in person at the store. I called with a simple and respectful question about whether a particular makeup product contained any animal-derived ingredients. As a professional makeup artist who avoids such ingredients for ethical reasons, this is an important question for me and many others. Erica responded in a very dismissive tone with, “Umm, I don’t know,” and immediately told me to “just call customer service”—despite the fact that it was after hours and she clearly knew they were closed. Made an appt for makeup application. Web scheduling didn't work so had to call store twice and get a callback to get this scheduled. I arrive for appt and they don't have it on the schedule. I wait for 20 mins (it was only a 15 min appt) while the sole clerk helps a walkin customer with basically an unscheduled makeup application for over 15 mins without so much as telling me sorry for the wait or I'll be right with you. I would not waste time making an appt with them and I'll go elsewhere from now on.
